1. Definitions

- Services: The moving and related services provided by Nathan Movers.

2. Booking and Confirmation
To schedule a move, the client must complete a booking process, providing accurate and complete information. Upon confirmation, a booking number will be issued.
2.1. Availability
Services are subject to availability. Nathan Movers reserves the right to refuse service if unable to accommodate the requested date or time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in advance based on the information provided by the client. Prices are subject to change if additional services are required.
- Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
3.1. Additional Charges
Any services requested beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the client prior to completion.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel their booking subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
- Cancellation Notice: Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the timing of the cancellation and any non-refundable costs incurred.
4.1. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their move in accordance with Nathan Movers’ rescheduling policy. Additional fees may apply.
5. Responsibilities of Nathan Movers
Nathan Movers commits to providing professional moving services with due care and efficiency.
- Timeliness: We strive to adhere to scheduled times and dates.
- Handling of Goods: All items will be handled with care to prevent damage.
5.1. Insurance
Basic insurance coverage is included. Additional insurance options are available upon request.
6. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients are responsible for preparing their items for the move and ensuring all necessary information is provided.
- Packing: Clients must ensure items are properly packed unless packing services are requested.
- Access: Provide access to the property for the moving team.
6.1. Prohibited Items
Certain items are prohibited from being moved by Nathan Movers, including hazardous materials, illegal items, and perishable goods.
7. Liability
Nathan Movers is liable for damages caused by negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability is limited to the value of the goods being moved.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability does not exceed the total charges for the services provided.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.1. Claims
Any claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the moving date.
8. Force Majeure
Nathan Movers is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, or pandemics.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nathan Movers operates.

11. Severability

12. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Nathan Movers and the client, superseding all prior agreements.
